ZeroTrade's Capital Protection Engine provides algorithmic rules (such as max risk per trade, daily loss locks, and trailing drawdown limits) designed to help manage risk. However, no automated software can eliminate market volatility, slippage, liquidity gaps, or trading losses. ZeroTrade does not guarantee profits or zero loss.
3. Hypothetical & Backtested Performance
Hypothetical or simulated performance results generated by the Strategy Lab have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because trades have not actually been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity.
